Our Policy

At SETAERASO, we believe you should be allowed to change your mind, so our returns are free! 

Whether you don’t love the fit or it’s just not quite what you were looking for, you have up to 20 days to send us back what doesn’t work, free of charge. Just make sure you keep all tags on your item until you’re confident it’s exactly what you want!

The fine print: All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and include any free gifts received with the order. Please note that we only allow one prepaid item per order.

How do I return an item?

Every order will arrive with a return label. Just fill out the form, and include it with your unworn, unaltered item in the original packaging with all tags attached!

The Return Process  

Once your returned package arrives back at our facility, please allow 7-10 working days for processing. You’ll receive an email the moment we’ve processed your refund!

All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
