Where is your clothing manufactured?

We’re so glad you asked! Every SETAERASO piece has been crafted in a family-run factory based in Turkey. We chose this location because the family (who is operating over 3 generations!) and their dedication to their work is incredible.

Do the styles run true to size?

Yes! Make sure to follow the sizing guide included in each item listing to ensure the best fit! If you are in-between sizes, we recommend going the size up for optimal fit.

I don't see my size. Do you not carry it?

Currently, we carry sizes US 2 – US 8 for all pieces. We’re passionate about inclusion and making all women feel elegant, so we’re excited to announce that sizes US 10 – US 14 will be included in our next launch!

Do you carry a specific style/print/size?

We offer a large variety of prints and silhouettes. If you’re looking for a particular dress or garment, you can always search by name to check availability!

I saw an item on the website and now it has disappeared. Where did it go?

We want you to feel special in your SETAERASO piece, so our garments are truly unique and only offered in limited quantities. If you own a piece from our line, you’re one of only a handful of people that will ever own that design!

While we don’t restock sold out items, don’t worry! An equally beautiful piece will replace it in our next collection.

However, we want to ensure you have the best experience with SETAERASO! If there is a style you’re interested in that’s no longer available on the site or in your size, please contact us at [email protected] — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as payment through PayPal!

Please Note: Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships from our facility. You may notice an authorization hold listed on your bill right away, but it will only turn into an actual charge upon shipment.

I haven't received a confirmation email for my order...did it go through?

Uh-oh! First try checking your junk mail or Promotions folder. If you still can’t find a confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] so we can assist you!

When will my order be delivered?

We’re so glad you’re excited to receive your item! Typically, with our free shipping option, orders are delivered within 4-8 business days.

What is the red tag attached to my garment?

Great question! Our pieces all come with a shark tag attached to them. These are easily and safely removed from your garment by cutting along the bottom of the tag and sliding the pieces apart.

But remember! Once removed, the tag cannot be reattached and the item cannot be returned. So make sure you absolutely love your piece before removing the shark tag!

Can I return items that I’ve purchased?

We hope you love your purchase, but know things happen, so we offer free returns! If you don’t love your piece for any reason, you can send it back to us free of charge.
